Prenatal Smoothy

In blender mix the following ingredients (makes 16 ounces)

1 cup milk or plain yogurt
1 egg
1 banana
1 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp lecithin
1/4 tsp brewers yeast
1/4 tsp flax-seed

Blend until smooth. Pour half into 8 oz glass for breakfast. Store remaining 8 oz. in frig for evening. Terrible in taste, but excellent health drink during pregnancy.

I drank an 8 oz glass twice a day along with a regular diet of fish, liver, vegetables and fruit. I carried twins to full term (I delivered one day before my due date). The twins both weighed 6 lbs at birth, and I was 10 lbs under my pre-pregnancy weight after delivery (102 lbs)!

NOTE: Some of the measurements may be a bit off as it was several years ago that I created this drink and drank it on a regular basis.
