Blueberry Smoothies

Blueberry Smoothies are made with fresh or frozen blueberries and usually a banana or yoghurt as a thickener. Most are sweetened some how, with honey or some form of low cal sweeter.

Blueberries are rich in anti-oxidents which provide your body with a sort of ‘cleaning’ agent. Very healthy, very tasty and very easy to make. One of my favorite ‘health foods’.
